Meet the Queens
Yimara McCartney-Ross
Yimara, a law student at Southern University Law Center and Miss Black Louisiana USA, won the SOROR Photogenic Award at Miss Black USA. As the award winner, she’ll be the face of SOROR Cosmetics and join the Brand Ambassadors for the next year.
Samantha Bell
Samantha, a wife, college graduate, author, mentor, entrepreneur, and 2023 Mrs. Congeniality for Mrs. Virginia America, is the proud owner of Pink Street Creations. She enjoys traveling, trying new activities, savoring brunches and afternoon teas, and creating memories with loved ones. Her passion lies in empowering women to find their voice and confidence.
Dr. Tiffany Purnell
Dr. Tiffany Purnell, a primary school principal, real estate agent, and esthetician student from Tennessee, founded S.A.S.H.®️ (Students Against Self-Hatred), which promotes self-esteem strategies for young girls and women, with chapters worldwide, including Yorkshire, England. A pageant queen, her titles include Ms. Achievement World 2021 and America’s Elegant Miss National Ms. 2023.
Jehnae Jasmine Linkins
Jehnae Jasmine Linkins is a Ph.D. student in mechanical engineering at the University of Maryland and an advocate for diversity in STEM. With a Bachelor’s in physics from The Lincoln University, she founded *Don’t Adjust Your C.R.O.W.N.*, promoting self-confidence and equity through workshops. As a volunteer and mentor, Jehnae embodies the change she wishes to see in the world.
